So, Abigail has some pretty amazing hair…at least compared to her sister at the exact same age:
But they seem to have the same cute smile! Aren’t the the cutest girlies!? Abigail and Hannah have the same length hair at this point. Hannah has had some minor trims, but nothing major.
One more hair picture of Abigail (too bad she wasn’t happy!):
I know. It’s been a reeeeeally long time since I have posted anything. We’ve just been having way too much fun! Our kids are thrilled fall is finally here. Hannah comments on just about every tree she sees that’s “bare.”
Hannah is loving AWANA and getting her awards, stickers and stamps each week. More importantly, she’s hiding the Word in her little heart and growing in her knowledge of Jesus. Gabe actually memorizes the verses along with her, which amazes me to hear him quoting so many verses just from hearing them over and over!
Hannah and Gabe get to go to “Little Gems” every Thursday morning while Mama gets refreshed by a women’s Bible study and Abigail gets some alone-Grandma Dee Dee time. They look forward to it every week! They sing songs, do crafts, hear stories from the Bible and play games with their friends from church. They absolutely love it!
Ryan and I have been helping organize the Children’s Ministry at our church (well, mostly Ryan…but I help when I can!). We’re so thrilled to be serving the body and offering our time to help this ministry grow. There are bunches of young kids at our church and we’re so excited about the opportunity to (Lord willing) bless them and watch them grow in Christ!
Little Man Eagy is growing every day. I’m about 27 1/2 weeks pregnant, but the baby is measuring a few weeks larger. I’m pretty much out of rib-room and starting the uncomfortable stage! In just 3 short months we’ll get to love on our newest little guy and we can’t wait!
Hannah finished off her soccer season today by scoring 4 goals! She scored 8 last week. Soccer was a great learning experience for her: she learned some teamwork skills, how to lose graciously, how to keep smiling even when it was hard and to cheer on the other team. We learned more about how competitive and aggressive she can be! I’m so proud of you, baby girl! You rocked the field.
Well, here’s a slide show of our October fun. Hope you also enjoyed the beginning of the fall season as much as we did!
Hannah had her first soccer game last Saturday and loved every minute! From getting dressed in all her gear, to practice beforehand, to scoring goals and competing, and definitely the snack. All good things in her mind! She played great and had lots of fun. And the best thing? We get to do this for 7 more Saturdays.
And I had to throw in the pumpkin cookies photo. Our house smells so good today! Hope you’re enjoying the changing of seasons!
Ryan turned the big 3-0 on Sunday. We had lots of fun as a family…the day’s events included playing together outside, swimming at the YMCA, having dinner at Macaroni Grill and topping it all off with birthday cake (spice cake with cream cheese frosting, of course!).
